The ASM 300 includes a 5.5 inch touchscreen, built in analysis software, and interchangeable lenses.

The separate AI Scalp Grader Software is designed for speed and consistency. After completing a short questionnaire and capturing 6 scalp images, AI analyzes the information within seconds to evaluate scalp type, hair density, hair thickness, and hair loss type.

This gives professionals the flexibility to use the ASM 300 for comprehensive, detailed consultations and progress tracking, or the AI Scalp Grader for a fast, data driven scalp and hair assessment.

Warranty and return

PP (We, Our, Us) warrants this Product to be in good working order during the period of warranty. The period of warranty is 14 months. The period stated on your warranty card and commences on the date of original purchase of the new Product. The warranty is subject to proof of purchase being provided; therefore, you should retain your original invoice/receipt. We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from PP. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges. The item must be returned, unused, in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork and accessories to ensure full credit. Our Standard Return policies do not apply to special custom orders. Any discounted PP products purchased will not honor the standard return policy. All discounted PP items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

INCOTERM: DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). All import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that the seal on the box is for internal/distributor use only. Each device undergoes a thorough inspection for quality control before being sent to a customer, therefore the seal will be broken upon arrival.
