Shipping policy

When placing an order for delivery outside of the United States, please note that your shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically collected once the shipment arrives in the recipient’s country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient or buyer.

Pro|Gen Global does not have control over these additional costs and cannot predict the amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information on applicable fees, as customs policies vary significantly between countries. Please also note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays in your delivery, beyond the estimated delivery time we provide.

For international returns, any refund issued will exclude shipping and handling fees. These fees are non-refundable.

The Free UPS Ground Shipping offer applies only to retail orders totaling over $50 and does not extend to wholesale orders. If a wholesale order is placed and the free shipping option is selected, the order will either be cancelled or adjusted accordingly.

All orders are shipped under the INCOTERM DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means that import duties, taxes, and any additional customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer upon the shipment’s arrival in the destination country.

Please also note that the seal on the box is intended for internal or distributor purposes only. Each device undergoes a thorough quality inspection before being shipped, which requires the seal to be broken. Rest assured, you will receive a brand new item with every purchase.
